General:
All non-gold coins supplied within Switzerland are due to 7,6% VAT. No charges for exports. Cost for shipment and insurance will be charged separately on the invoice. Any duties payable abroad such as taxes, are to be sole responsibility of the buyer. The authenticity of the coins is warranted. Objections to the supplied goods have to be given to us by writing within 8 days after reception of the goods. Payment is generally made by bank-to-bank transfer. For checks to our Swiss Bank allow an extra charge according to our invoice, for checks to our US bank account no extra charges apply. Payment in foreign currency (if not already fixed) will be calculated with the exchange rate of the day it has been credited to our accounts. All contracts between Peter R. Hiltbrunner Numismatik and the buyer are governed by Swiss Law. The place of performance and court of jurisdiction regarding relations between Peter R. Hiltbrunner Numismatik and the buyer shall be Liestal, Switzerland.

The following conditions apply for purchases from our stock:
All coins offered to you from stock or our coin shop are net prices. Our prices in the coin shop are in USD. Coins can also be offered to you in CHF, USD, Euros or AUD.  The coins will be paid upon receipt of the invoice and is due for immediate payment. The coins can be shipped either to you directly or kept in our safe at your disposal. In order to enable you a comparison we indicate for all gold coins the respective number of the catalogue "Gold Coins of the World" by Robert S. Friedberg and / or "World Gold Coins" by Krause - Mishler. References for silver coins see literature abbreviation. All coins in our stock and online shop are subject to prior sale. The prices can vary if gold or USD has large fluctuations.

Shipment
